Kamenskaya Ink

With the right help it’s easy to create works of art…

Polina Kamenskaya, an experimental artist who knows the requirements of modern art, created the Kamenskaya Ink line. Each one of the bottles filled with ink for epoxy resin contains rich-colored, saturated and juicy mixes that can serve a multitude of uses. Once you’ll get your hands on a Kamenskaya Ink product, you’ll fall in love with their high-quality and texture.

Kamenskaya Ink products come in three groups A, N and M. The A group is a category of ink based on dyes. They are bright, saturated and have transparency. A01 is an exception to the rule being part of the N group, but it was left in the A group on purpose because it’s a representative of the main palette.

Group N of ink contains 100% pigment and requires prior shaking before use. Because these products contain heavy pigments, they work only on slippery synthetic surfaces, and it’s advisable to use them only with diluents with fixing effect and varnish at the end.

The M group was designed on the basis of metal pigments, that include pop-up particles and are opaque. When you use them, you can make light webs or dense layers on all surfaces. The M category includes metallic pigments like M011, M022, M033 and M044. It’s best to shake the bottles before using the product to encourage the pigment to float in the substance.

These products are unique because a special technology is used to create them, and they include an eco-solvent base.

Kamenskaya products don’t contain ingredients harmful to health. All the pigments and dyes used to create the ink have a light fastness level of 7-10 at a possible level of 1-10 on the light fastness scale of pigments and dyes (where 1 is the lowest point and 10 the highest).  What does recommend these products? They are made for professional use, are concentrated, light-fast, multi-functional, and mix great with each other. They can be applied on synthetic smooth surfaces, dry fast and require the use of diluents before use. When using alcohol, it’s best to use one that includes glycerin, with a strength level of at least 96%. The average drying time for inks is 2-5 minutes. Once dried it’s best to cover the paint with acrylic spray varnish to preserve their quality. The ideal combination is with diluents with a fixing effect.

Life span: before opening 36 months, subject to storage conditions, and after opening 6 months.
